As Creative Director and Executive Chef of Piccolo Supper Soiree’s, I orchestrate immersive black-tie dining experiences for New York's most discerning guests. I develop unique creative concepts for each dinner, curating mood boards and assembling specialized teams to bring each vision to life.

I scout stunning venues, manage photographers and crew who capture our high-end culinary events in Manhattan. I handle both the creative direction, marketing, and budget management, ensuring each intimate dinner party delivers an unforgettable experience. I conduct a symphony of light designers, culinary artists, and service professionals who bring my creative vision to life, while personally crafting innovative menus that marry classic technique with contemporary flair.
